01 — ABOUT THIS PUBLICATION

Nutrition as
a Daily Record.

Arelonik Letters grew out of a practice of writing down observations — not numbers on a scale, but the texture of what ends up on the plate over seven days. There is a slow logic to how food habits and weight intersect, and this publication exists to trace that logic with care.

Articles published here reflect editorial observation on everyday nutrition practices, seasonal produce, and the rhythm of an active London life. Sources are cited where published nutritional research is available, and each piece is reviewed before publication.

── ── ──

"The relationship between what one eats and how the body responds is written gradually — in weeks, not in single meals."
